TerraPro Solutions participates in the E-Verify program. In compliance with federal law, all newly hired employees are required to complete Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, and their information is confirmed through E-Verify.

Form I-9 CompletionAll newly hired employees complete Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, as required by federal law. Employers can only use E-Verify once a job offer has been accepted and Form I-9 is complete.

Verification with SSATerraPro Solutions provides the Social Security Administration (SSA) with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.

DHS Confirmation (If Necessary)If needed, information is also provided to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). If E-Verify cannot confirm authorization, the employee receives written instructions and an opportunity to resolve the issue before any action is taken.
