Why STEM Matters:

STEM is the backbone of innovation and economic growth. According to the Pew Research Center, STEM professionals earn two-thirds more than those in other fields. However, women only make up 34% of the STEM workforce, highlighting a significant gender gap that needs to be addressed. This event aims to inspire and empower more women to pursue careers in STEM, particularly in the growing field of renewable energy.
