Founder Kimberlee Centera is a trailblazer in a male dominated industry. She began her career in renewables over 25 years ago at SeaWest Wind Power. In 2013, Kim founded TerraPro Solutions to help fill the needs of the renewable market . She uses her risk management expertise for the development of utility-scale energy projects. She has worked on many high-value projects including the Mount Signal Solar and Buffalo Gap projects. Kimberlee has provided commentary for National Public Radio’s Marketplace. She serves as a speaker and educator at leading energy conferences.

Audrine Finnerty has more than 30 years’ experience as a title insurance attorney. She is highly skilled at resolving title and survey issues, and mitigating related risks, to ensure timely transaction closings. Her focus is on detailed compliance documentation, and responsive, clear communication with clients throughout the project continuum. A licensed attorney in the State of Ohio, she is also a licensed Florida title agent. Audrine is co-author of Principles of Ohio Real Estate Titles, which is now in its Third Edition.
While living in Ohio, Audrine was on the board of several non-profit organizations, including a grassroots watershed group that evolved into a major Ohio land conservancy. She currently serves on the board of the Florida State Parks Foundation. Dedicated to community service, Audrine has managed and monitored Federal grants for the Florida Department of Community Affairs, Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, and Florida Department of Education.
Originally from the Washington, DC area, Audrine Piasecki Finnerty moved to Tallahassee from Ohio in 2009 to be closer to her late parents (Ronald and Angret Piasecki). As a Leasing Analyst in the renewable energy sector, she played a key role in surpassing 2 million signed acres for clean energy projects, working across major markets including MISO, NYISO, PJM, ERCOT, and beyond. Her background also includes nationwide residential title insurance and extensive mineral title research for oil and gas projects.
Elise is recognized for her keen attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and passion for mentoring the next generation of title professionals.
As a busy mother of two boys, when Elise has free time she loves to spend it traveling and seeing the world with her husband. As a foodie, she loves exploring different cuisines both locally and internationally and creating healthy and delicious meals for her family at home.

For over 23 years, Amber has earned a reputation as an expert in commercial, residential, probate, and Native American leasehold and land transactions title insurance specialist. Her experience as a senior title officer has given her a deep understanding of local and national compliance and closing requirements.
She has worked with title insurance underwriters, real estate counsel, municipalities, county clerks, property appraisers, and tax collectors. Her responsibilities included analyzing historic land records, chain of title, and reviewing all documents for insurability and recordability.
An enthusiastic collaborator, she credits much of her success to her relationship-building skills and her clear, effective communication with all stakeholders.
Where do your passions lie in your personal life?
My biggest passion would be spending time with my 2 sons and my boyfriend. I also have an insatiable desire to learn how and why things work the way they do. Exploring new places, experiencing new music, and trying new things make me happy.
What motivates you?
My biggest motivation is to have a positive impact on those around me. Being able to leave a positive footprint in the lives of others, including my children and loved ones, fulfills me and keeps me going.
What are your proudest accomplishments?
I am beyond proud to have been blessed to raise 2 amazing humans, run 2 half marathons, and broken barriers in a male dominated industry of title insurance.
What is your focus at TerraPro?
Being given the opportunity to cross industries with my experience in title insurance has been exciting and challenging at the same time. My focus is to learn everything I can about the renewable energy sector and grow within the field. Utilizing my resources and the wealth of knowledge within TerraPro is my main goal.

Jonathan’s extensive real-world expertise includes title research, title review, due diligence and curative for major acquisitions and divestitures. Having managed projects for developers and investors, he understands the dynamics of development and finance. He has negotiated mineral rights agreements, surface waivers and leases. The projects he worked on required substantial knowledge of the local, regional, and national regulatory environment.
As a Senior Landman for projects in Oklahoma, North Dakota, New Mexico, and Texas, he efficiently collaborated with the Bureau of Indian Affairs. He acquired and managed mineral and royalty assets for drilling projects in South Central Oklahoma Oil Province, Sooner Trend Anadarko Canadian Kingfisher oil reserves, Powder River Basin, Eagle Ford, the Permian Basin, and Delaware Basin.
Jonathan credits his degree in psychology with giving him the interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with all stakeholders. When he is not working, he enjoys going to the gym, watching basketball, and spending time with his wife, his daughter, and their dog Buddy.
Where do your passions lie in your personal life?
My passion in my personal life lie in family and friends and just having a great time in whatever I’m doing. I always tell myself, “life is too short, so try your best to enjoy every moment of it!” I love to travel and go to different places and beaches in warm weather around the world with my beautiful family.

Success motivates me, as well as my wife and her tenacity and drive.

My proudest accomplishments are becoming a husband and father to my wife and daughter, as well as my career accomplishments and efforts to continue to push forward for success, even when things don’t seem hopeful.

Jason Laidlaw is a multidisciplinary legal and land professional with over a decade of experience supporting upstream and midstream oil and gas operations. Licensed to practice law in both Texas and Arkansas, he specializes in unifying legal research, GIS mapping, and data analytics to create scalable land service solutions.
Throughout his career, Jason has led high-impact projects, including a multi-year land infrastructure audit for a major operator that facilitated the formation of an $8 billion midstream company.
Originally born in Arkansas, Jason spent much of his life in Houston, Texas, before recently returning to his home state. Outside of his professional life, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking and cycling through the natural beauty of the Natural State.

Emmy Curry is a dedicated Senior Project Operations & Systems Specialist at TerraPro Solutions with a strong background in education, project management, and relationship-building. Her experience includes a role as a Wood Door Specialist at LaForce, Inc., where she excelled in redesigning and maintaining pricing systems, training new hires, and consistently exceeding productivity goals. Previously, she served as an ELL Coach and Teacher at Green Bay Area Public Schools, where she facilitated collaboration between administrators and teachers, supported curriculum development, and ensured compliance with federal regulations for over 400 students.
Emmy also has international teaching experience in Vietnam and Spain. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from North Carolina State University and a double major in Business Administration and Spanish from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Emmy’s technical skills include Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, among others, making her a versatile and valuable asset to any team.
