Title Curative on Large scale wind project
We worked on a 199-megawatt wind project in Oklahoma. Very large-scale wind project for Infinity where we were asked to undertake the curative work. Curative work basically derives from a review of all the title reports and all the prospective issues that are identified, that need to be resolved in order to have the project ready for debt and equity financing. In that case, we were charged with understanding all those different interests, identifying all those different interest, and then securing all the different contracts to be able to resolve those. So, we ended up with 100 different entities and banks where we had to pursue subordination agreements and other crossing agreements. And this was integral to the title insurance.
